A vote was passed to change the wording of the Constitution, Article IV, Section 4, Part 2...the constitution is now to read..
"The applicants will be voted on by the committee. A simple majority (50% + 1) is required to reject an applicant. Any number of applicants may be accepted. If no applicants are accepted, a revote will be held in one week; if no applicants are accepted the second time, all applicants will be presented to the board"
That should be correct as it currently reads..."A simple majority (50% + 1) is required."

We'll be fixing that ASAP
Also, you get to vote on such things in Cepheid, including participating in the aforementioned vote, when you have PAID YOUR DUES. ($10 for the semester)

-D&D: Continuing Character stuff by explaining Powers, Wednesday Night, Rudder 709 at 7:07pm
-Anime: Playing this Thursday. Showing Oh My Goddess the Movie as well as The Girl who Leapt Through Time
-Artist Guild is doing something, room 352 in the MSC, Friday @5:45pm
-Writers Guild is going to be doing Peer Review, so bring in writing to share
-Pleiades Cluster is talking about Watchmen on Wednesday Feb 18th at 7:34pm at Rephil's place

Chair Applications are due at the next meeting! You have been warned.

CON:
-Gaming has a form online at the website if you want to run a game. They are also having a chess tournament and are looking for people to be human chess pieces in the final match.
-Anime is looking for DVD players, Stereos, and B-Movies? Anyways, they need all of this to run the Con, also, be prepared for there will be an AMV contest and a CosPlay contest.
-Guest Relations might end up needing a few more guests hosts, talk to Tin-Tin about it if you're interested.
-Staff just put out the general workers forms. Be sure to take one at the next meeting you attend, Collateral is going to do her best to give priority to the people who turn it in early, and extra priority to people who turn it in before the end of the month.
